Erin joined Florida Retirement Resources in 2024 as assistant to Taylor Kollen, where she supports our representatives with the onboarding and processing of client accounts as well as acts as the office administrator of our Melbourne branch. A Brevard County native, Erin is passionate about bringing back the small-town feeling Melbourne once had. With a background in management, customer service, and a former career as a florist, she made a meaningful career change to support individuals and families as they plan for the future. Erin lives in the area with her husband and son, staying closely connected to the community she calls home.
