Alejandra A. Lopez, Esq.

305-570-0043

Alejandra’s law firm motto is “planning today for peace tomorrow.” She serves her clients in creating trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents that allow her clients to plan for potential incapacity during life, and for the post-death transfer of assets to best avoid the court process, avoid potential family conflict, and safeguard the future of her clients’ beneficiaries, especially their minor children. She also assists in helping the elderly qualify for Medicaid long-term care, even if they are above the asset and income thresholds. Additionally, Alejandra serves as a supportive guide to families required to navigate the court probate process after the death of a loved one. As a caretaker herself of both her young son and her aging mother, Alejandra considers herself to be a member of the “sandwich generation.” This personal experience deeply informs her professional approach, making her a compassionate and understanding provider for her clients.
