James is originally from Miami, and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Miami Dade College. He later received his Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Miami. James joined Florida Retirement Resources with the goal of addressing the specific retirement needs of FRS Employees. While working in Miami during the peak of the Covid pandemic, James realized that thousands of FRS employees weren't able to get the retirement planning and investment advice they were looking for easily throughout the rest of the state. Wanting to find a solution to this problem he changed the digital infrastructure of the firm by opening a virtual model, expanding our firm's ability to work with clients anywhere in Florida. This allows us to more efficiently and effectively provide retirement planning advice to any FRS member who reaches out to us, while making it easier to stay up to date with current clients. To further this goal, James moved with his wife and two stepdaughters to Melbourne FL to open our 2nd office in 2022 to expand on our rapidly growing network of clients.
